NOAA Tribal Consultation Meeting

NOAA Fisheries invites Alaska Federally-recognized Tribes, Alaska Native Corporations, and Tribal Organizations that represent Tribal Governments* to consult with us on the preliminary Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) on the management of chum salmon bycatch in the Bering Sea pollock fishery.
This is an opportunity to discuss and provide meaningful feedback to Alaska Region leadership on the Council action under consideration, and ask questions. Feedback received from Tribes will be taken into consideration at the upcoming February North Pacific Fishery Management Council meeting.
